He is a trailblazer, known for his commitment to business, creativity and community. Ricardo McRae is an award-winning entrepreneur, and the Co-Founder of Wedge15. He fuses his unique mastery of fine arts, project management and technology into the momentum-building solutions that he designs for his clients. Deeply committed to community leadership as well, Ricardo founded Canada’s only digital platform for Black excellence, called Black In Canada. He studied Fine Arts and Business at the University of Windsor and at the Ontario College of Art and Design.
Askia Jones is a results-driven brand consultant and entrepreneur with an ability to successfully translate moods, messages, and embryonic ideas into action. Askia has achieved success through numerous awards and acknowledgements in branding and advertising in a career that has spanned over 20 years. Some of Askia’s most recent campaigns has been featured on NewYorkTimes.com, ESPN.com, and The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). He is currently the founder of Rise Forward, a social entrepreneurial and faith-based effort established to produce innovative solutions to society’s most pressing social problems through design and STEM-based initiatives.
