A radical new course is trying to help young black boys build their self esteem with the support of strong, black male mentors and teachers. Set up by charismatic American Dr Richard Majors, Rites Of Passage aims to teach young boys about fatherhood, sexuality, spirituality and most importantly, masculinity.This program follows the progress of the boys and their teachers in Moss Side Manchester, England to see if the course can rescue a generation at risk of being forgotten by society.
