Hamlin Grange is co-founder of the Innoversity Creative Summit. He is also President of DiversiPro a diversity and inclusion consulting firm that helps organizations to succeed in being reflective, responsive and relevant to the changing markets and communities they serve. He has made presentations and conducted workshops on diversity to media managers and senior leaders in the Netherlands, Belgium and Sweden as well as South Africa, the Caribbean and the United States and Canada.
Hamlin came to Toronto from Jamaica in 1964. He went to school in Toronto and then earned an athletic scholarship to the University of Colorado where he studied journalism, African American history and social movement in the United States.
