Ainz Neal is a 30 year old creative individual from the greatest city in the world New York. Who believes that relationships are everything and respect is the cornerstone to success. After returning home from college he started to make a name for himself hosting parties on the New York City urban night life scene. His goal was to create new relationships and contacts to further himself. After a couple years he stopped and decided it was time to make another move.
With his love for creative things he decided to start a blog called “SH Collective” where he blogged about mens fashion, culture and music. The sites content was always about being whats fresh and new in the world, at the time it featured interviews with the likes of the The Cool Kids and Stevie Williams and more. Ainz started spending more time on the fashion, music and entertainment scene learning more and gaining more relationships. After getting a chance to hear Steve Stoute speak one day on how he got his start in his career. Realizing that he himself had done on occassion what Stoute did to make himself successful by leveraging his relationships to help other business grow. Followed up with a chance encounter on the train leading him to shot work for Wieden Kennedy as a strategist for Brand Jordan. Even though that opportunity didn’t work out Ainz decided to shut down SH Collective, but with the relationships he made, he started doing marketing and brand management for artist and brands.
Since that time he was worked with Pop Burger, Per Diem Boutique, The Childrens Aid Society, Dawn Africa.org, Bottom Line Source Boutique, Producer DDub, Teen Hip-Hop artist Star Mike, singer/song writer Lavell Evans, DiggiWaxx, Video Director Jamison Claxton and more.
As of recently Ainz is now splitting time living between NYC and Washington DC where he is currently working to launch two DC based ventures.
Ainz will be on live on our show tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern/5 p.m. Pacific. He will be talking about his article, “A Man’s Perspective: The Custody Battle”
