Charmaine is the Founder of Advance Image and Etiquette Consulting – a company that specializes in personal development. The company has been very successful since it was launched in 2007. Charmaine worked at IBM Canada prior to starting her own company. Her key accountabilities included generating revenue for IBM through consistent recording of billable time spent on behalf of clients. She managed a portfolio of corporate accounts for end of lease returns. Charmaine was also responsible for organizing teleconferences, mini symposiums, trade shows and conventions. She played a key role in development and preparation of advertising and marketing campaigns.
She studied Business Administration, Image Consulting, Life Coaching, Creative Fashion Design, and Psychology. She frequently attends and participates in personal growth and development seminars and workshops.
