Artist and innovator Robert Small was the creator of the Official Black History Month Poster and is the driving force behind the Legacy Festival (January 29, 2010 – February 28, 2010) which is designed to inject a mood of excitement and energy into Black History Month. Recently, I had the opportunity to have a chat with Robert and have him share his story and his thoughts on the current state of Black leadership.
